Magnesium Oxide Board production line mainly produces all kinds of magnesium oxide boards, they can be used for ceiling, wall skirting, decorating of indoor wall and lining board for furniture.

1. It can replace three-ply board, five-ply board, flakeboard, MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard ) and Gypsum Board.
2. About this production line, among which, Glue spreading-overlaying-drying Machine and Glazing Machine are equipments which will give the advanced processing to the board. The above two machines can overlay and glaze the magnesium oxide board or ordinary wood board. The Glue spreading-overlaying-drying Machine can overlay wood-grain paper, PVC film and boeing film. The Glazing Machine will glaze the overlaid board with wood-grain paper, and make the board with bright light or dull light. The above processing will replace former painting working processing. (Because the wood-grain paper is not wearable and it has no gloss degree ).

Product features:

The products manufactured by this equipment has following features: fireproof, waterproof, environmental protection and no toxicity, at the same time it is resistant against acid, alkali and aging. This product can be nailed, planed, sawed and sticked. In view of that its fireproofing grade is A, so our product will not be combustible when the fire is 800-1000°C.At the same time, when our product is fell into the water for a week, there are not the following phenomenon such as chalking, deformation and warp. In light of there is not glue in the raw materials, so there is not formaldehyde and benzene for our boards.MADE IN CHINA
