1. Product
About this production line ,among which ,Glue spreading-overlaying-drying Machine and Glazing Machine are equipments which will give the advanced processing to the board .the above two machines can overlay ang glaze the magnesium oxide board and ordinary wood board . the Glue spreading-overlaying-drying Machine can overlay wood-grain paper,PVC film and boeing film.the Glazing Machine will glaze the overlaid board with wood-grain paper,and make the baord with bright light or dull light .the above processing will replace former painting working processing .(because the wood-grain paper is not wearable and it has no gloss degree)

2.product features
The product manufactured by this equipment has following features : fireproof, waterproof,environmental protection and no toxicity ,at the same time it is resistant against acid, alkali and aging .this product can be nailed,planed,sawed and stuck.in view of that its fireproofing grade is A .so our product will not be combustible when the fire is 800-1000C .At the same time when our product is fell into the water for a week.there is not following phenomenon such as chalking,deformation and warp.in light of there is not glue in the raw material ,so there is not formaldehyde and benzene for our baord .

the product is formed with crushed crap straw or sawdust and some inorganic chemical materials at one time after roller-extruding . the source of raw materials is widely and they are purchased easily for customers.

4. Technology features
There is not any requirment about high temperature and high pressure during production processing.the board will be formed at one time after roller-extruding under the condition of normal temperature and normal pressure .this is a green environmental-protection project .because there is no waste materials, waste water and waste gas during its production processing .the finished board don't need high temperature drying,air-drying,watering ,and under the normal temperature,they will dry well indoor .
